    Great building, great location

    Pros:
    Clean, well-managed and one of the best locations in the city
    Cons:
    It's a bit old, so I dealt with the occasional pest. Also just part of city living in NYC

    The location was amazing! And the neighbors were also amazing!
    Cons:
    Mouse issue persisted, not worth the price!
