Love for the 144

Pros

The landlord and super are amazing people! The super has been working in the building for 16+ years, nicest guy, and quickly resolve any issues. Great location, well kept building.

Cons

Biggest issue is packages being stolen. Occasional problems with mice, but it’s New York. And the super is always so responsive, takes action quicklyo when you need help with anything. Otherwise, it’s great, minus the occasional 20 something trust fund babies that move in and decide to throw parties and break windows and let there friend destroy the common space. Thankfully Covid prices are gone and pushing them out.
