Building is in a good location, management will respond most of the time, hot water and heat are consistent, trash is always taken out when full, two laundry units downstairs, super is really nice
Cons:
There provide pest control that sprays every month but it's for a reason, walls are kind of thin so you can hear neighbors/people talking and walking up and downstairs, street is a loud at night especially on weekends, packages have been stolen from time to time but not consistently

Classic walk up building not that well maintained

Pros:
Great location. Washer and dryer on main level.
Cons:
No elevator, gross garbage situation, dirty and old units, electrical outlets completely painted over, super not very responsive, pests seen in building basement and bugs in unit.
