    Pros:
    Amazing location, friendly super
    Cons:
    Packages were stolen, leasing office is a bit unfriendly, and raising rents on apartments that small is criminal
    Advice to owner:
    Stop raising rent

    Monthly pest management on Saturday, but only if you’re home to let them in

    Apartment was small, management was slow to respond and fix issues
