    not worth the money

    Pros:
    - great location
    - great layouts
    Cons:
    - no exhaust in kitchen (some units have it)
    - no laundry in building (some units have w/d)
    - roaches/pill bugs/silverfish in building (mostly dead now)
    - bar downstairs
    - construction on block
    - management gives last min notice on renewal prices
