    First time renting, good experience so far

    Pros:
    Buildings in a great location, area feels safe and I've never had any packages stolen.
    Apartment's clean and I've not seen any pests, gets good light and not too much noise
    Cons:
    Super hasn't always been quick to respond, I had an issue with an outlet not working that it took a while to get a response on.
