    The super is amAZING.
    Cons:
    There was water damage to the front of the building

    Nice courtyard, great location, decently maintained
    Cons:
    elevator breaks down, super and prop manager sometimes take a long time to respond
    Advice to owner:
    Clean the place up a bit, maintain public spaces better
