Convenient and well maintained

Pros:
The building is well maintained. Great super.
Cons:
Electric bills are quite high.
Advice to owner:
Lower rent to compensate for high electric bills.

Loved living at Wavery Mews!

Pros:
Super and assistant are very nice and responsive. Building is well kept. Rooftop is beautiful. Never had any issue with noise.
Cons:
It can get very cold in the winter and electric bills are very high
