Greenwich Village high rise rental with Rooftop pool

Pros

Having the Pool during the summer (have to pay extra for) and good zoned Public Elementary School. Staff ( doorman porters & handyman) have been here for a while and are great.

Cons

Rent keeps going up for existing tenants and no concern about keeping long term renters. Almost opposite in current market they would prefer people leave so they can do slight reno and charge a lot more.

Advice to the owners

Care about people who have stayed for a long time even during Covid when so many people left.
