Pros:
Location is convenient
Cons:
Webster Hall is right next to the building. Extremely loud and busy street. Horrible noise.

Heat vent can’t be turned off. Poor ventilation.

Pros:
As good of a semi private rooftop you’ll find for the price point. Gorgeous views of the church nearby. High ceilings and spacious living space. Excellent storage spaces. Kitchen was fabulous. A rare find to have an island counter in NYC. Highly recommend to constant cookers. Owners are responsive to pest issues. Water pressure is okay but water heat is great.
Cons:
Very loud with Webster hall. Building shakes during concerts.

Weak oven and stovetop.

Owners could be more responsive of cosmetic issues and leaks. While roof is nice, it is more public than expected. More can be done to reinforce windows on roof and being on top of alarmed access to roof. Experience on roof depends on neighbors as it is shared.
Advice to owner:
Bathroom needs a thorough clean between tenants.
