Pros:
Great location albeit on the same street as a fire station so sirens are to be expected. Good water pressure! All the utilities worked well with no issues (w/d, dishwasher, stove, heat).
Cons:
Hot water would shut off at random times at least once a month, sometimes at higher frequencies. Trash build up was a bit scary on occasion. The trash bins would fill up and you’d essentially have to just throw your trash into the abyss. Super was difficult to get a hold of. Ceiling leaked and it took the super several days to address it.
Advice to owner:
I didn’t communicate much with the property owner, mainly the super. Address the trash more frequently or perhaps place more trash bins so they don’t overflow.
