    Starter NYC apartment but not much more
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - Great location
    - Great common space in each apartment
    - Not too loud from 6th ave
    Cons:
    - Poor management responsiveness to problems in apt or common areas (e.g. homeless people sleeping in stairs)
    - Horrible trash management + pileup
    - Rooms are very unequally sized
    Advice to owner:
    Just care about your tenants!
