    Great location and well kept building

    Pros:
    Renovated units, neighbors are so nice, building is kept clean and landlords are reasonable.
    Cons:
    The heat wasn’t great. I asked if it was working properly and they came by the fix, but it was still quite cold.

    Pros:
    We love this building. It’s on a quiet street, and the supers and landlords are very responsive and take good care of the building. All of our neighbors are quiet and respectful.
