Great location and charming brownstone
Management is very hard to get a hold of. The phone number only works M-F 9-5pm.
Need to provide smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors
Great neighborhood/location,walking distance to great restaurants
Cant control the heat yourself, so some cold winter nights were brutal
