Overall great building

Pros

Assistant super was friendly and very responsive. Overall great place to live.

Cons

The live-in super was not responsive and a chain smoker. tenants were constantly writing in about the smoke stinking up their apartments. Bugs and pests were an issue but the assistant super was good about addressing

clean apartment and building garbage controlled enough light in back end apartments open studio responsive managment

water pressure poor needs updated bathroom pricey back yard tenants need quiet hours
