    - Super close to subway
    - Amazing bars nearby
    - Wonderful neighborhood/neighbors
    - Responsive, caring landlord
    Cons:
    - Occasional Pest problem, property owner is super helpful and responsive though.
    Advice to owner:
    Stay responsive and understanding of the tenants needs.
