    Sweetest Spot in Greenwich Village
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Owner/landlady nurtures her building. Perfect location for all forms of transit. Perfect location for any and all Services. Great neighbors. Great Parks. Claude’s Patisserie around the corner.
    Cons:
    No pool. No Tennis.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep it up! I never ever want to leave.
