    Pros:
    Good location, good neighbors
    Cons:
    Rats/squirrels are in the walls… it is very difficult to fix this issue however they tried their best … there’s just not much to be done about it. The lobby area could be cleaned up a bit more frequently as well. There were issues with the heat this winter but the landlord did their best to fix it, maybe just old system.
