    Overpriced but decently managed

    Pros:
    Like the location and space, it's quiet and building is kept up pretty well
    Cons:
    Smells of smoke, some units seem to be rent stabilized while others are not...

    Apartments have High ceilings
    Cons:
    Entire building smells like cigarettes and weed
    Advice to owner:
    Improve ventilation or require people to stop smoking cigs in the building
