Good Building in Great location

So many roaches

Pros:
The location is great. Updated appliances. Clean and secure lobby. Super is incredibly nice and responsive
Cons:
Very overpriced. No control of heat and it gets unbearably hot… been using AC all winter. SO MANY ROACHES. Exterminator will come once a month but it only makes it worse.
Advice to owner:
LET US CONTROL HEAT. FIX THE ROACHES
