    Decent Building, Amazing Location

    Pros:
    - location location!
    - our unit is updated and the appliances are very nice
    - rent prices are relatively reasonable for the location
    Cons:
    - tiny bedrooms
    - rats
    - fly issue in the summer

    Good location, overall decent building, very responsive to maintenance requests (minus heat)
    Cons:
    Extremely unresponsive to heat issues, very loud street
