    Best building ever

    Pros:
    Great and fair landlord, super is awesome and attentive. Location doesn't get better than this.
    Cons:
    Depending on the unit, natural light can be a little low.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep it up!

    Israel is the best super. Attentive, helpful, and kind.
    Cons:
    Only 3 washer and dryer units in the basement

    Update kitchens if possible
