Overall a good building

Pros

Great location, responsive management who dealt with repairs quickly, great super, building is overall clean and well cared for, pretty quiet (but sometimes floorboards were squeaky)

Cons

Our apartment did have mice and cockroaches but this was dealt with promptly and we did not have any major issues, packages were stolen once or twice, walls are a bit thin (but not too bad)
