Absolutely awful building with awful management.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Perfect west village location
Cons:
It is literally falling apart. No support from the building management. Pests - roaches, mice. Floor boards popping up to where you can see in the apartments below. Cannot emphasize this enough- LITERALLY no support from the property manager at AJ Clark. Walls are super thin, it feels like people in the hallway are in your apartment.

One tenant had his ceiling cave in, another tenant on the ground floor got sick every winter from the boiler in the basement as it was outdated, malfunctioning, and was pushing unsanitary air into his apartment.

Another tenant didn’t have hot water for 9 days and their solution was to give her a key to an empty apartment (that was being shown to potential new renters!) to take a shower.

I did not get my full security deposit back without any explanation and after 5 failed attempts at reaching out to them for it.
