    Pros:
    Great location, live in super, big units
    Cons:
    Pest control, windows/doors not sound proof so lots of noise from the street and from the hall, laundry machines constantly broken
    Advice to owner:
    Get new laundry machines

    Location is great. Lobby is always kept clean. Responsive for any issues.
    Cons:
    Washing machine and dryers are ALWAYS broken.
