    Unending Rodent and Cockroach Problem

    Pros:
    The building is nice and the neighbors are mostly east to deal with.
    Cons:
    The building is infested with mice beyond what I’ve ever seen. There are also cockroaches.
    Advice to owner:
    More persistent pest control.
