Terrible Management, Good Location

Pros:
Great location, good size apartments and natural light. Appliances work well. Super is nice but can be hard to get a hold of. Well-priced for what it is.
Cons:
Management WILL NOT respond or fix anything. Apartment is freezing and they do just enough to not break the law (and sometimes do break the law), so beware the winter. The radiator comes on every morning at 530am sounding like someone is hammering and then turns off for rest of day.
Building staircase is spiral and very difficult to move into. Closets / storage space are extremely minimal.
