    Great building, terrible management/owners

    Pros:
    Location, attentive porters
    Cons:
    Management company, rent increases
    Babad management company is one of the worst in the city. Terribly mean (Einhorn) and they are on the already corrupt board. Everything done by Babad and the board here seems illegal and not in the best interest of the building
