Amazing staff- so friendly and helpful!
Love the apartment floors

Management has been one of the best in my 10+years living in NYC. Accommodating and helpful!
Right by the water!
Dog friendly neighborhood
Cons:
It is kind of far from the subway but the M23 bus runs frequently so can take you to the trains!

Very clean, great doorman, god friendly, calm area
Cons:
Only been here a few weeks so can't comment; a bit far from the 7th (which requires a good walk)
