    Great location, no pest issue
    Cons:
    Poor management, no laundry on premises

    It was a great location
    Cons:
    The super is creepy, the heat was either never on or blasting and steaming and the landlord didn’t care. The stairwell was never cleaned and the floors are completely slanted due to structural issues
