    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Beautiful block in the heart of
    Chelsea near Clement Clarke Moore Park. Super & assist super take care of problems right away
    Cons:
    Halls could be cleaner.
    Noise level on first floor could be lower
    Advice to owner:
    review people that come into the building
