Cons
Don't expect rent receipts or a valid lease. This 9 unit townhouse apartment building is riddled with building code violations and a landlords daughter "ghosting" as the buildings Managing Agent using and abusing Power of Attorney. Laws and building codes exist for a reason.
Good place to live
Pros
Landlord is nice, responsive, looking out for neighbors overall.
Cons
There is one neighbor in the building who is a pest to everyone else. It is liveable but definitely a nuisance. Not sure he’ll be there significantly longer.
