These projects are gross

It’s the projects so the heat and hot water is great

I live on the 2nd floor unfortunately Manhattan is infested with rats and mice.

Excellent neighbors, good size, manageable rents

Lax security, mice problems, always broken elevator

Advice to the owners

Get real security cameras to catch the people that steal packages ON CAMERA. The cameras are just their for show. They are clearly not in use or if they are the owner doesn’t care that our stuff is being stolen.
