DO NOT LIVE HERE

Pros

Rent is low for the neighborhood laundry in building (but you have to walk thru the alley with the trash) pet friendly

Cons

where do I even begin? I have lived here for 2 years and it has been hell. I had bedbugs in the first few months and it was awful but management assured it would be taken care of. Hundreds of dollars in laundry late, it seemed to be ok. I resigned for a second year and on the last day of the lease, we found bed bugs again. As it turns out, there had been constant bedbug presence in the building the entire time I have lived here. They travel between units and only one unit is treated at a time. EVERY unit has had them at least twice in the 2 years I have been here, my unit has had them 4 times. If you move here YOU WILL have bed bugs. there is not doubt about it. Management will lie to you and say its being dealt with (it is not), they will tell you they will notify you if they are found (they will not) they say they will reimburse you for your costs for laundry and supplemental treatment (they will not). AVOID this building at all cost! Other cons: BED BUGS!!!!! (multiple times) cockroaches small fumes from the hotel next door homeless break in and live in the stairwell sometimes packages frequently stolen mailboxes broken into multiple times very dark high electric bills (like $200)
