    Great location for my work
    Good living area for a two bedroom
    True two bedroom
    Cons:
    Sink does not have hot water more often then not
    To hot in the winter

    Literally no pros
    Cons:
    We had a persistent nice, no heat, and roach problem that was left unaddressed by the property managers and Super. Ended up pressing charges.
