    Thoughtful touches, lovely view, amazing location

    Pros:
    Really good sound isolation! Thick windows and walls, though sometimes I would hear footsteps from upstairs. Apartment had A/C and a ton of storage and was overall nicely set up for actually living in. Management was quite responsive.
    Cons:
    No individual mailboxes, sometimes package delivery had problems, garbage cans would overflow before trash day. Water pressure could have been better.
