    Super quiet, no one making noise in the building
    Cons:
    No one available during day to drop packages off

    Cockroaches and mice Unresponsive management company

    Convenient Location. Central to everything. Easy to all transportation. Super is nice and he tries.
    Cons:
    Cockroaches and mice everywhere! We only lived there a few days a week for work so we did not cook. We kept any snacks in refrigerator and it was still overrun with cockroaches. We complained and after someone came to spray within about a month,more cockroaches. Mouse droppings In closets and under bed. Again no food in apartment so I can’t even imagine what conditions are like when you do keep food there.I’ve seen mice also on elevator and in basement laundry. I see they have some construction being done now so maybe they are fixing the problems. Just beware!
