- Newly renovated, large rooms - Decently clean hallway
Cons:
- It's LOUD regardless if your apartment is street or backyard facing - Not the safest area - Roaches (but there are monthly pest control) - Packages were stolen - Building manager is only responsive when he needs something from the tenants - Extremely weak water pressure
Advice to owner:
- Pay more attention to your tenants

Charming walk up on the border of HK and Chelsea
Former Tenant
Pros:
The unit itself was spacious, neighbors were relatively respectful and the area is super convenient to travel to and from the city.
Cons:
The super was not the most responsive/timely.
Advice to owner:
It is not very clear when you first move who to contact regarding certain things. When there is a change of staff, please notify the residents
