Responsive, Clean, Well Managed

Pros:
Clean, generally good if not super-fast response from management. Amazing neighborhood and block.
Cons:
Things are a bit shabbier in common areas - carpet hallways, paint, etc
Advice to owner:
A fresh coat of paint and some new flooring might really wake the place up a bit.
