    Good building. High recommend
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Beautiful and affordable apartments. Very few tenants.
    Cons:
    VERY hot in my apartment. AC can’t get rid of all of the heat. Some cockroach issues. Had a massive leak once that needed substantial repairs
    Advice to owner:
    Nothing, everything’s good.
