    Great location, everything is average.
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - Very well located for transport and shops,
    - Apartments layout is great.
    Cons:
    - No elevator,
    - Someone is smoking in the common areas, smoke gets into apartments,
    - Quite noisy from the street noise,
    - Heating is not following city standards, temperature is often below 68F during winter,
    - If your neighbor is having a party, you’ll definitely not miss it.
