    Pros:
    Wonderful live-in super. Well-maintained overall, newly renovated lobby and hallways. Quiet neighbors.

    Basement could use a spruce-up

    Cons:
    No washer/dryer in my unit, but well maintained laundry room
    Advice to owner:
    Absolutely loved living here!
