    updated
    clean
    monthly pest control
    amazing kitchen
    spacious bathroom
    allows pets
    large windows and balcony for every unit minus the first floor
    small and quiet
    great super
    Cons:
    Contacting owner company is difficult and responses are usually minimal to none
    often need a few repairs
    dont cover heat when they say they do on listing
