    Good location, bad building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great location
    Good water pressure, heat and distribution
    Fairly affordable
    Cons:
    Dark apartments
    LOTS of pests (caught 10 mice in 1 year, and the exterminator provided by management did nothing to check where they would come in from)
    Fairly dirty hallways, and common areas
    Apartment was not cleaned or painted before I moved in
    Advice to owner:
    Take your pest control seriously
