    Beautiful Building But Many Pests
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Building is well kept, the rooftop is gorgeous with tons of great furniture and kitchen.
    Cons:
    Lots of construction (the building next door has been under construction for over 2 years. It seems to be getting better but it can be very loud)
    Many pests, cockroaches, mice (in hallways and apartments), and rats (in garbage area).
    Advice to owner:
    Provide building wide pest control
