    Great building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nice neighborhood. Beautiful views. Working elevator. Brand new washer/dryers.
    Cons:
    Parking can be a pain. No A/C built in. Went a month without washer/dryer during updates.
    Never got security deposit back
    Sketchy broker
    Advice to owner:
    Buy the neighboring lot and charge for parking.
