Pros
Super helpful building staff, nice laundry in building (recently upgraded to new provider), clean and modern lobby, package room/holds
Cons
Heat in unit was a bit insufficient in the winter, poor sound insulation through door/hallway; building-wide roach problem, but there is an exterminator service that comes every week/2 weeks that seems to help (but roaches still appear somewhat frequently)
