Roaches and no hot water

The location is great
Cons
No hot water, was told to run my water for 20 Mins and it’s bc the girl upstairs doesn’t run her water enough. Massive roaches, mold on walls( told the walls can’t mold bc they took a class and know) rooftop chairs all broken, glass bottles and garbage everywhere. Rent went up $700 and they didn’t even do anything new to the building. Tries to evict you to get higher rent .
Advice to the owners
Put some money into your buildings .

Rooftop deck, location, gym downstairs, laundry and doorman
Cons
Not a lot of closet space and could use another window

Make the studio apartments more affordable
