    Pros:
    Do not under any circumstances live here! The place is infested with cockroaches.
    Cons:
    RENTER BEWARE: Enormous cockroaches everywhere! In the apartments, hallways, staircases, even in the lobby. Avoid this place and please take your hard earned money elsewhere.
