    Great location
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Close to most subway stations
    Walking distance to a lot of restaurants
    Walking distance to a lot of shopping
    Right on the border of Chelsea, west village , Greenwich village and flat iron.
    Quiet street with no much traffic.
    Superintendent is nice and building is always clean.
    Management company always fix problems right away.
    Cons:
    Hard to find parking on the street.
    Advice to owner:
    Not available now.
